When Ashleigh founded Dynamic Minds Counseling Services, her vision was about more than opening another mental health practice. She wanted to create a place where clients could receive meaningful, individualized care while therapists had the freedom, support, and encouragement to do the work they love.

Ashleigh believes that the quality of care clients receive is directly connected to how well their therapists are supported. Too often, mental health professionals find themselves navigating overwhelming caseloads, rigid expectations, and limited opportunities for professional growth. Dynamic Minds was built with a different philosophy: therapists deserve to feel valued, trusted, and empowered to practice in ways that reflect their strengths, personalities, and professional goals.

As the practice has grown, Ashleigh's role has evolved. While she is transitioning away from direct client care and is no longer accepting new clients, she remains deeply involved in the administrative and clinical leadership of Dynamic Minds. Through clinical supervision, professional mentorship, and ongoing practice development, she helps create an environment where clinicians can continue growing while providing thoughtful, high-quality services to the individuals and families they serve.

Ashleigh is especially passionate about expanding access to mental health services throughout Maryland, including rural communities where finding the right provider can be challenging. By embracing virtual care and bringing together clinicians with diverse backgrounds, specialties, and approaches, she strives to make meaningful support more accessible without sacrificing the personal connections that make the work so valuable.

At the heart of Dynamic Minds is a simple belief: when therapists are supported, clients benefit. Ashleigh continues to lead the practice with that philosophy, balancing clinical excellence with compassion, accountability, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of both her team and the communities they serve.
